Hello. My name is Armando. My ghost hunting team and I are planning a trip to Jerome, Az in the near future and were wondering if any locals would be willing to show us around to the haunted areas. We are based out of Parker, Az. We are a group who are serious about ghost hunting and not just looking for a scare. I figure locals know best in any town so Im reaching out to locals that could possibly help. Feel free to email us at parkerghosthunters@gmail.com. Thank You.

Visiting jerome is nothing like living there or working there. I have moved away from Jerome but i go at least twice a year to visit. When i visit i do so to see the majestic view of nature. Some of the people in Jerome have left a discouragement within me but i write this to say this happens everywhere in everytown. Jerome has cursing in the streets and people acting wild as if the town in some place of wonder " be free its Jerome!" I have to say to myself why is that? Is this not a town where miners worked hard to scrape a living? what made it so free to dance in the street with feathers and flowers and a care free no morals attitude? I visit Jerome and get disappointed when drunks are on street corners yelling and spitting, cussing and acting foul but i stay to keep to myself to see the view and enjoy the history of the town.

I to love Jerome and that whole area. I would love to own a shop one day up in Jerome and semi retire. My husband and I bought property in Cottonwood to build on and retire to but due to the econome we are trying to sell the property. It is a very nice half acre in Clarkdale/Cottonwood in a established subdivision. If you are still interested in researching cottonwood I would love for you to at least take a look at our property.

My grandparents and parents lived in Jerome from 1913 to 1995. There names were CSP and Charlotte Gardner, CSP worked for the mines. John and Elizabeth McMillan, ran the Mine Museum and was a mayor. Milton Scott funeral owner/furniture store. Any of these names ring a bell??? My dad and mom were born there and my dad was wondering if Toci was an electrician for the utility company. Let me know!!!
